As a User Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for resolving technical issues related to computer hardware, software applications, network connectivity, and other IT resources. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems: Diagnose and address a wide range of technical issues reported by users, utilizing your expertise in operating systems, software applications, and network protocols.
