Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and analyze 12-18 month demand plans to ensure accurate forecasting and supply chain optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities
  • Lead the development of production and revenue plans, including validation of forecast loads
  • Serve as subject matter expert for Planning and Scheduling processes
  • Develop capacity models and scenarios for new business opportunities
  • Facilitate Sales and Operations Planning meetings and present material to stakeholders
  • Perform business analysis and develop subsequent year's production plan for annual Cost & Budget Plan
  • Propose and participate in personal training and development programs to enhance job performance
  • Participate in North American meetings of Sales and Operation planners for process improvement and system enhancements
Requirements
  • College/Technical School diploma in Materials Management, Supply Chain, or related business field
  • 5 years of previous manufacturing, planning or scheduling experience using SAP or equivalent Business Planning Tools
  • Demonstrated experience in S&OP and long-term planning preferred
  • Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred
  • CPIM Designation preferred

Physical Requirements

This role requires light physical effort and fatigue. You will be required to walk, sit, or stand for limited periods, and may require occasional equipment operation. Use of Personal Protective equipment may be required and may include any of the following: safety glasses, safety shoes, lab coat, gloves, hair net, beard cover, safety apron, respirator on occasionally.
