About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our acquisition and growth initiatives. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior business partners to develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Manage budgets and track results to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Contribute to annual and campaign planning processes to fuel marketing opportunities and campaigns
Requirements
  • 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in direct marketing or digital marketing
  • Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • A creative eye combined with a keen attention to detail
  • A positive, professional, and responsible attitude
Preferred Qualifications
  • Insurance or Financial Services experience
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Project management experience, including cross-functional navigation
