About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at Lifemark Physiotherapy Four Corners. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and clinical reasoning.
  • Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
  • Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Utilize electronic charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
  • Engage in ongoing learning, mentorship, and skills development to stay current with best practices.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
  • Registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • 1-3+ years of clinical rehabilitation experience, with advanced orthopedic courses being a strong asset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with others.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
