Nous recherchons un responsable de la modélisation actuarielle pour rejoindre notre équipe de hégémonie des annuités variables. Ce poste est idéal pour un professionnel motivé et passionné par la modélisation actuarielle et la gestion des risques.

Responsabilités
  • Devenir un expert utilisateur de nos systèmes de hégémonie.
  • Tester et mettre en œuvre des améliorations aux modèles de hégémonie existants et aux opérations quotidiennes de hégémonie.
  • Maintenir l'intégration de PathWise dans le système de hégémonie à l'aide de scripting Python.
  • Examiner les résultats de la grille de hégémonie et aider à l'attribution de la performance.
  • Appuyer le cycle de hégémonie IUL pour déclencher les exécutions pour calculer les exposures de hégémonie et analyser les mouvements mensuels des exposures de hégémonie.
  • Participer avec les parties prenantes clés pour appuyer la migration du système d'administration IUL et du calculateur d'exposition de hégémonie vers de nouvelles plateformes.
  • Collaborer avec plusieurs parties prenantes pour élargir la portée de l'opération de hégémonie IUL à d'autres géographies et lignes de produits.
  • Travailler avec les équipes de stratégie et d'informatique de VAH pour améliorer l'infrastructure de base de données et s'assurer que la préparation du système est prête pour de nouvelles fonctionnalités et offres de produits.
  • Coopérer avec plusieurs parties prenantes pour construire le calculateur d'exposition de hégémonie IUL interne pour soutenir l'initiative de hégémonie dynamique IUL.
  • Travailler avec l'équipe de stratégie de VAH pour développer et quantifier les impacts de nouvelles stratégies de hégémonie.
  • Interagir avec les équipes d'actuariat, de capital, de surveillance des risques et de modélisation et de valorisation divisionnaires pour valider et expliquer les résultats de la hégémonie.
  • Mettre à jour et proposer des changements aux méthodes et hypothèses de calibration des options d'équité et des swaptions.
  • Recommander des décisions de hégémonie en utilisant l'analyse, les données et la modélisation.
  • Répondre efficacement aux demandes d'information urgentes de la direction.
  • Appuyer les tests de stress réguliers et les rapports de passifs et de Greeks.
Compétences requises
  • Titre professionnel de l'Institut actuariel ou équivalent.
  • Expérience en actuariat ou connaissance des concepts actuariels.
  • Minimum 7-10 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie financière.
  • Compétences actuarielles ou quantitatives, analytiques et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Processus- et résultat-orienté avec une attention aux détails.
  • Proactif et capable de travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe.
  • Compétences de communication et d'interpersonnelles pour traiter avec plusieurs parties prenantes de différents horizons.
  • Organisé et capable de gérer des processus complexes.
  • Connaissances de base des instruments du marché du capital, y compris les futures, les swaps, les options et les swaptions.
  • Connaissances de Python ou d'un langage de programmation similaire.
  • Connaissances de modélisation stochastique et de modélisation quantitative sont un atout.
