Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Information Provision: Provide accurate and timely information to clients and the public regarding our services and policies.
- Scheduling and Confirmations: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and other events as needed.
- Financial Transactions: Receive and process payments, calculate billing charges, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Communication: Monitor mobile radio or telephone communications and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems and maintain up-to-date records.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and colleagues, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service and supporting the needs of our clients and colleagues.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
