We are currently seeking a passionate and collaborative individual to fill the role of Sales Associate within our Retail Team.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This position is based in a full-time capacity.

  • As a representative of our brand, you will ensure that every customer feels welcomed and valued. Your role will involve creating a positive first impression, assisting customers in finding their desired items, and recommending additional products to enhance their living spaces.
  • Once selections are made, you will facilitate the checkout process and handle payment transactions. You will also be responsible for reconciling daily sales and reports.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing storefront will be part of your responsibilities, along with managing returns and restocking items.
  • You will assist management with promotional activities and customer events, as well as support the warehouse team in coordinating client communications, scheduling pickups and deliveries, and ensuring order accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a retail sales environment.
  • A high school diploma is required; post-secondary education in sales or customer service is an asset.
  • Familiarity with retail operations and systems, including Point of Sale and Microsoft Office.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and persuasive communication abilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
