L'analyste financier senior joue un rôle clé dans la réussite des livrables mensuels et trimestriels. Ce rôle est impliqué dans une large gamme d'activités commerciales et nécessite une collaboration forte à travers un réseau de contacts solide au sein de la finance de groupe et au sein des segments opérationnels de l'organisation.

Responsabilités clés
  • Préparation des rapports financiers mensuels et trimestriels standard en fonction du calendrier de clôture. Assurez-vous que la qualité et l'exactitude des données et des conciliations soient réalisées comme requis.
  • Préparation de la commentaires mensuels sur les écarts, les tendances et les indicateurs clés.
  • Vous devez être en mesure de fournir une analyse pertinente avec des commentaires et de tenir des discussions avec diverses équipes.
  • Développement d'analyses et de rapports pour répondre à des requêtes ad-hoc sur une gamme de sujets.
  • Contribuez activement à l'amélioration des processus opérationnels et participez à des projets spéciaux pour l'avancement continu des capacités de classe mondiale et de l'excellence des services.
  • Faites preuve d'un engagement envers la culture « travail comme un» en développant des relations solides avec les équipes des segments opérationnels et d'autres domaines fonctionnels avec lesquels nous travaillons régulièrement.
  • Responsable de l'identification et de la mise en œuvre de l'amélioration continue des processus financiers qui ont un impact positif sur la rapidité et l'intégrité de la présentation des rapports financiers et des données.
  • Comprenez rapidement les tâches assignées et atteignez les résultats dans les délais assignés. Priorisez les livrables en faveur des objectifs d'équipe avec des orientations.
  • Démontrer un engagement envers la mise à jour continue de vos connaissances et compétences tout en incorporant les commentaires.
  • Aidez à l'analyse continue des processus de flux de travail, à l'établissement de nouvelles procédures, à l'amélioration et à la restructuration des processus actuels pour accélérer et gagner des gains d'efficacité.
  • Aidez à diverses initiatives de transformation comme elles se présentent (par exemple, l'automatisation des rapports, l'amélioration des processus).
  • Supportez l'équipe pour construire une équipe réussie en veillant à la livraison d'un excellent service client en promouvant activement la clientèle centrale.
Compétences requises
  • Titre universitaire en comptabilité, en finance ou en gestion des affaires et/ou diplôme comptable reconnu (CPA, CMA, CGA ou CA est un atout).
  • 5 ans ou plus d'expérience progressive en finance au sein d'une organisation multinationale.
  • Une solide compréhension des affaires avec la capacité de communiquer des concepts financiers et des résultats de manière claire, concise et facile à comprendre (verbale et écrite).
  • Compétence en MS Applications (y compris Office & Power BI) en particulier MS Excel avec la capacité d'apprendre de nouvelles applications rapidement.
  • Connaissance d'Essbase/Smartview et Infor (ou autres applications de finance d'entreprise) est un atout.
  • Un grand équipe avec une capacité prouvée à gérer efficacement les relations internes en collaborant au sein du département et au sein des unités commerciales.
  • Excellente focalisation sur le client et engagement envers la qualité.
  • Un auto-promoteur avec la capacité de travailler de manière indépendante, en utilisant un jugement indépendant, en résolvant des problèmes et en utilisant des compétences analytiques.
  • Une grande volonté de poser des questions, d'explorer des domaines d'amélioration et de fournir des recommandations.
  • Capacité prouvée à travailler efficacement dans des environnements divers et culturels.
  • Capacité prouvée à prospérer dans un environnement rapide, impactant et collaboratif tout en gérant plusieurs priorités changeantes et demandes ad-hoc.
