About the Role:
CSTU is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Activities Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical services department, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing clinical activities and programs that support the health and well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement clinical activities and programs, including intake assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up services.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of clinical services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and coordination of services.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families on clinical services and programs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality clinical services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or nursing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical services, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of clinical services and programs, including intake assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up services.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
