About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Save Tax Solutions. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team members and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing meeting minutes.
    • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communication
    • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Office Management
    • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and expense tracking.
  • Special Projects
    • Assist with special projects, such as diversity and cross-cultural training, awareness training, and other initiatives that promote a welcoming work environment.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
