About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Printing Press Operator to join our team at Boehmer Box LP. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our printing presses to ensure high-quality output and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain printing presses to produce high-quality prints, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Monitor and control the printing process to ensure optimal production rates and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving printing-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 5 years or more of experience in the printing industry, or equivalent experience.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work to meet production demands.
  • Current legal ability to work in Canada and reside in proximity to the advertised location.
  • Previous experience in the printing industry is highly desirable.
