Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at 2503722 Ontario Limited o/a Maximum Auto Parts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Co-ordinate, assign and review work related to inventory control, including requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment and supplies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies related to inventory control and supply chain management.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including establishing work schedules and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or supply chain management.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in inventory control, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
