About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Counter Manager to join our team at Lancome. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business metrics to identify opportunities and develop action plans to drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base through the Preferred Customer Program
  • Provide coaching and feedback to sales team members to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities and drive business growth
  • Act with customers in mind, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in cosmetics sales or a related field
  • Certified Make-up Artist
  • Experience in a commission-based sales environment
  • Full flexibility with schedule, including evenings and weekends
