Job Title: Change Enablement Consultant

Job Summary:

TECO Energy Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Change Enablement Consultant to join our team. As a Change Enablement Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring change initiatives meet objectives by increasing employee adoption. You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead change on a variety of projects, including some large-scale, complex, and transformational projects.
  • Develop and execute change enablement strategies and plans for organizational initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
  • Conduct change intake discussions and run impact analysis and assess change readiness.
  • Lead stakeholder and readiness assessments to identify risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and execute communication and training plans to enhance awareness, secure buy-in, and drive adoption across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Change Management, Human Relations, Public Relations, Communication, or a related field.
  • 3 years of related experience, including supporting organizational change initiatives with significant change management accountability.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and motivate stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
