Job Title: Change Enablement Consultant

About the Role:

The Change Enablement Consultant will play a key role in ensuring change initiatives meet objectives by increasing employee adoption. This position will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Change Enablement Project Support:
    • Lead change on a variety of projects, including large-scale, complex, and transformational projects.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to develop change strategies.
    • Develop and execute change enablement strategies and plans for organizational initiatives.
    • Conduct change intake discussions and run impact analysis and assess change readiness.
    • Lead stakeholder and readiness assessments to identify risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
    • Develop and execute communication and training plans to enhance awareness, secure buy-in, and drive adoption across the organization.
  2. Communications:
    • Develop and implement communication plans to effectively convey initiatives and changes to stakeholders across the organization.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
  3. Training:
    • Identify training needs and develop training material as necessary.
    • Perform train the trainer training as necessary.
    • Assist in building change management capabilities within program and project teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using tools such as Adobe Captivate, Canva, or Articulate.

Work Conditions:

Employees are expected to be at the office unless otherwise agreed to by their performance coach and/or by the needs of the projects they support. Occasional travel and storm restoration overtime is required.

Complexity:

This position requires the ability to navigate through intricate stakeholder landscapes, decipher diverse business requirements, and synthesize complex information to develop and execute comprehensive change strategies.
