Administrative Officer Role at Straightway Financial Inc.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Straightway Financial Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Procedure Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Work Prioritization and Coordination: Establish work priorities and coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Team Collaboration: Delegate work to office support staff and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, management, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset

Working Conditions:

  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
