About the Role

The Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and managing staff. This is a key role that requires strong organizational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative services, including tasks such as collecting and recording fees, planning and organizing daily operations, and hiring and training staff.
  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Manage the operations of a department providing a single administrative service, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Interview, hire, and provide training for staff, ensuring that they are equipped to handle the demands of the role.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits, ensuring that the company's financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Project, Quick Books, and Social Media.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
