Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy breakfast house.
- Requisition Food and Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to maintain our high standards.
- Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent food preparation and presentation.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide comprehensive training to new staff members, focusing on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Hire and Manage Staff: Recruit and manage a team of food service staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
Our fast-paced breakfast house environment requires a high level of energy and attention to detail. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work under pressure to meet the demands of our busy kitchen and dining area.
