NCSG Hauling & Rigging Bonnyville is actively looking for a Logistics Coordinator to become an integral part of our team on a full-time permanent basis. In this role, you will be essential in orchestrating specialized transportation services. Your responsibilities will include facilitating effective communication between the dispatch office and field operations to fulfill client requirements and uphold transportation safety objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate personnel and equipment for various projects
  • Manage permits and line lifts across multiple provinces
  • Guide drivers, ensure efficient routing, oversee documentation, and assist with billing processes
  • Maintain schedules and critical documentation
  • Prioritize safety and promote a robust safety culture within the organization
  • Handle communications during and after business hours
  • Ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards
  • Oversee safety training and certifications for team members
  • Collaborate with safety and training departments to improve transportation safety systems
  • Manage compliance record-keeping processes
  • Assist with administrative duties and special projects as required

Qualifications:

  • Experience with oilfield transportation equipment and client engagement
  • Familiarity with logistics operations
  • Additional relevant certifications are a plus
  • Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to tackle challenges independently
  • Valid transportation credentials
