Job Summary

The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating workflow for the fluid hauling division, working closely with the Operations Coordinator to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will be a forward thinker who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain professional relationships with customers, employees, vendors, and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate workflow for the fluid hauling division
  • Communicate effectively with Operators and Customers
  • Manage priorities and adjust to changing circumstances
  • Provide 24-hour dispatch services, including on-call availability
Requirements
  • 2 years of dispatching experience in a high-volume, oilfield environment
  • Working knowledge of applicable regulations governing transportation (Hours of Service, Weights, and Dimensions)
  • Proficient in computer programs (Microsoft, Google)
  • Proven track record of strong customer focus
