Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

At CAPRI MOTOR INN LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the housekeeping team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repairs, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the resources and guidance to complete their tasks.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that the housekeeping team is adequately staffed and that tasks are completed on time.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
