Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Prestige Hudson Bay Lodge Smithers. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture.
  • Make beds and change sheets, and restock linens and toiletries as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure that all areas are clean and tidy.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
