About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Vijittra Thai. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating new recipes, instructing cooks, and supervising kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create new recipes that showcase our culinary expertise
  • Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, and presentation of food
  • Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events
Requirements
  • Cook Trade Certification
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Ability to work in a team and lead others
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
