About the Role

Pavillon Laurier is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our guests.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our culinary team to achieve exceptional results and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to junior staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
