The Infrastructure Solutions Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the architectural design, comprehensive documentation, and operational assistance within the organization.

This position involves close collaboration with the Principal Architect and requires interaction with the internal IT department, external operational partners, and various divisions within PharmaSciences, including Finance, GOPS, QA, Laboratories, and Sales, as well as external service providers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and Development: Collaborate with the Lead Architect to create robust and scalable IT infrastructure solutions. Engage in the planning and architectural design of: Network systems Storage solutions Virtualization technologies (Vmware/Citrix/VDI) Wireless networks IT Production (OT) Cloud services (IaaS, PaaS) including Azure and AWS Software integration Ensure seamless integration of new technologies into the existing infrastructure. Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation adhering to GxP standards. Create installation manuals, user guides, and standard operating procedures. Document system configurations and modifications to the infrastructure. Needs Assessment: Work with stakeholders to gather technical and functional requirements. Conduct feasibility studies and risk evaluations for proposed solutions. Suggest enhancements and optimizations for current infrastructure. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented infrastructure solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure. Participate in incident management and change control processes. Evolve existing technologies and solutions. Technology Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity. Attend training sessions and conferences to enhance skills. Share acquired knowledge with the team and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in IT infrastructure, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector. Proven experience in managing technical projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Manufacturing experience is a plus. Technical Proficiencies: Familiarity with Citrix, VMware, Aruba, Veeam, Cisco, Fortinet, Intunes, Office365/EntraID, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and Microsoft SQL Server. Strong background in cybersecurity, including safeguard implementation and vulnerability management. Proficiency in scripting and task automation (PowerShell). Documentation Skills: Extensive experience in producing technical documentation compliant with GxP standards. Ability to create clear, accurate, and accessible documents for both technical and non-technical audiences. Education: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, VCP, CISM) are advantageous. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities. Capacity to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable way. Competence in managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Adaptability: Quick to adapt to new technologies and changes in the work environment. Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently.
