Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Harvest Clean Eats. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all menu items meet our high standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our culinary team to develop new menu ideas, improve existing recipes, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
