About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Base Content Specialist to join our team at Maximus Canada. As a key member of our Business Performance department, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality content for our Service BC Knowledge Base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement content standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize content needs
- Research and create new content, including articles, guides, and FAQs
- Review and update existing content to ensure it remains relevant and up-to-date
- Manage the content lifecycle, including publishing, updating, and archiving content
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external clients
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as library and information management, knowledge management, or content development
- Strong understanding of content management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
