Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize content needs
  • Research and create new content, including articles, guides, and FAQs
  • Review and update existing content to ensure it remains relevant and up-to-date
  • Manage the content lifecycle, including publishing, updating, and archiving content
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as library and information management, knowledge management, or content development
