Key Responsibilities:- Operational Planning: Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks, optimize workflows, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Team Management: Supervise and train staff, coordinate work assignments, and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, requisition materials and supplies, and ensure accurate tracking of stock levels.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on operational performance, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
