- Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting any issues or concerns.
- Train and develop the skills of security guards, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Monitor and control access to secure areas, ensuring only authorized personnel have access.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments in emergency situations.
