About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team at The Canadian Brew House (Moose Jaw) Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including soups, salads, and main courses, using fresh ingredients and following established recipes.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes, working closely with our culinary team to ensure that they meet our high standards.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
