Position Overview

As a Culinary Specialist at MONTANA'S BBQ AND BAR, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional meals and service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a culinary role is an asset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
  • Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • Prepare specialized meals for patients as directed by a dietitian or head chef.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling practices.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and kitchen equipment.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
