Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Spice Hut Canada Franchise Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our customers.
- Staff Supervision: Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to prepare and present high-quality dishes.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Culinary Specialties: Develop and maintain expertise in East Indian cuisine, ensuring that our dishes are authentic and of the highest quality.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a strong passion for cooking and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, as this is the primary language used in the kitchen and for communication with staff and customers.
