We are currently seeking a meticulous and committed Supply Chain Coordinator to enhance our operations.

Position Overview

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will report directly to the Director of Supply Chain and be instrumental in optimizing our supply chain functions. This role focuses on regulatory adherence, quality assurance, and a thorough grasp of our supply chain dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with the FKS Sales team to manage order processing, provide carrier pricing, and ensure excellent customer service.
  2. Coordinate logistics for truck shipments with various carriers.
  3. Negotiate pricing agreements with carriers and cold storage facilities.
  4. Execute basic inventory management tasks, including reconciliations and transfers.
  5. Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  6. Develop and maintain professional relationships with supply chain partners.
  7. Carry out additional responsibilities as required.

Position Requirements

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  2. Experience in Logistics, International Trade, or Transportation.
  3. A business diploma with an emphasis on international business is preferred.
  4. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with stringent deadlines.
  5. Highly organized and detail-oriented with robust multitasking skills.
  6. Exceptional communication abilities.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Outstanding customer service orientation.
