Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Balance cash registers and complete financial reports, including cash reports and related documentation.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance assessments of staff to promote growth and improvement.
- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal supply availability.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the workplace.
- Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and arrangements with suppliers for food and other necessary supplies.
- Team Leadership: Lead and instruct team members to foster a productive work environment.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to enhance the dining experience.
- Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency.
Manage a team of 5-10 individuals to maintain high standards of service and operational excellence.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Certifications: Smart Serve and Food Safety Certificate are required.
- Cuisine Specialties: Experience in Thai cuisine is preferred.
Work in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to handle pressure, meet tight deadlines, and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
