About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Specialist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in enhancing the rehabilitation experience and outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatment and assessment to clients
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders, including surgeons, claim owners, and employers, to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
  • Deliver interdisciplinary rehabilitation programs to promote client recovery and independence
  • Conduct functional capacity evaluations (FCEs) to assess client abilities and develop targeted interventions
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote healthy lifestyles and injury prevention

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy and eligibility for registration with the Physiotherapy Alberta College and Association
  • Experience in occupational rehabilitation, orthopedics, or sports physiotherapy is preferred
  • Strong computer skills and excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
  • Reliability and time management skills are essential for success in this role
  • A valid Alberta driver's license and ability to travel overnight within the province is required

Salary Range

$79,363.22 to $100,544.74 per annum, Pay Grade H4M
