Agile Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Manager to join our team at Aylo. As a pioneer in the tech industry, we are committed to innovation and excellence in all aspects of our business.
About the Role:
The Agile Project Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of agile projects/initiatives. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Track and report on key project metrics, such as velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle time, to assess team performance and project progress.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing transparency and ensuring expectations are managed effectively.
- Promote and enforce agile principles and practices, including Scrum or Kanban methodologies, across the project team.
- Continuously assess and improve the team's agile maturity, implementing best practices and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management
- 2+ years of experience within IT project environment
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience in various project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments, with a focus on continuous improvement and learning
- Experience with JIRA
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP certification, PMI ACP certification, CSM and/or CST, SA, SSM or any other related PMI agile project certification.
