Job Title: Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master at Desjardins, you will play a key role in helping our teams deliver projects on time and on budget. You will be responsible for implementing and using the Agile approach on a daily basis for major projects, ensuring that our teams are functional, productive, and well-organized. You will also be responsible for ensuring efficient use of the Agile approach and tools, as well as compliance with Agile values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the Agile process leader and help the Scrum team implement and use the Agile approach for major projects.
  • Ensure that the Scrum team is functional, productive, and well-organized, and that they are using the Agile approach and tools efficiently.
  • Establish and monitor performance indicators to ensure that the team is meeting its objectives.
  • Ensure transparency on the status of work progress and deal with and follow up on problems raised by the team.
  • Ensure the consistency of sprint backlog tasks with the commitments undertaken on the functionality of the product log.
  • Help the product owner maximize return on investment, meet objectives, and manage the product backlog.
  • Ensure quality control of the product log and meetings, including sprint planning meetings, maintenance, and product backlog estimation sessions, and sprint review.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience
  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required
