Key Responsibilities- Financial Management
- Analyze operating costs and other financial data to optimize our menu and services.
- Culinary Leadership
- Instruct and mentor our culinary team in preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Menu Development
- Design and prepare complete meals and specialty dishes for events and banquets.
- Supply Chain Management
- Procure and manage food and kitchen supplies to maintain high standards.
- Operational Efficiency
- Work closely with our team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
