Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our nursery, including cleaning, pruning, and maintaining plants. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain plants, greenhouses, and work areas
  • Assist in pruning, training, and harvesting plants
  • Mix and prepare soils for planting
  • Plant bulbs, seeds, and seedlings
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens
  • Perform other tasks as required to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a greenhouse environment with exposure to wet/damp conditions, odours, and varying temperatures. The work site is outdoors, and the candidate must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
