Job Title: Nursery Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Nursery Labourer to join our team at Clearview Horticultural Products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of high-quality plants and flowers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the crops, greenhouses, and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Assist in the harvesting, pruning, and transplanting of plants, as well as the preparation of soils and seeds.
  • Perform weeding, watering, and other tasks as required to ensure the health and growth of our plants.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload, requiring attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required; on-the-job training provided.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including wet, damp, hot, and cold temperatures.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
  • Reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail essential.
