Nursery Labourer Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Nursery Labourer to join our team at Clearview Horticultural Products. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and quality of our plants, from seedlings to mature crops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain greenhouses, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
  • Assist in pruning, training, and harvesting plants, as well as preparing soils and potting plants.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens, ensuring optimal growth and health.
  • Perform weeding, seed cutting, and other tasks as required to maintain crop quality.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily and weekly targets.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a team environment.
  • Reliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethic.
