**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Lighting Artist to join our talented team at Behaviour Interactive. As a key contributor to our exciting project, you'll have the opportunity to work with our technical and art teams to develop the visual style and validate the quality of the lighting.

**Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with the technical and art teams to develop the visual style and validate the quality of the lighting;
  • Study game documentation to understand the experience we want to offer our players;
  • Define workflows and create visual benchmarks;
  • Be familiar with visual references to respect the project's artistic direction and make suggestions regarding atmosphere and lighting;
  • Design lighting systems that will support the visual style and gameplay;
  • Maintain a consistent level of quality while respecting artistic and technical constraints;
  • Provide feedback on developing lighting pipelines and tools by tracking and reporting progress regularly.

**Requirements**

  • Professional experience designing lighting for games;
  • Strong understanding of art fundamentals and design, including composition and color theory;
  • Strong understanding of PBR and PBL fundamentals;
  • Solid technical knowledge of how to create runtime lighting in game engines;
  • Good communication skills in French and in English.
