POSITION OVERVIEW
This role is pivotal in overseeing marketing strategies and driving business growth. The individual will cultivate and sustain relationships with clients and referral partners.
Address inquiries and resolve issues. Engage in contract negotiations with third-party payers, governmental bodies, and other organizations seeking services.

REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports to the Director

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in healthcare management or marketing, ideally within home health care.
  • Proven understanding of regulatory standards and limitations in home health services.
  • Strong negotiation and supervisory capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven organizational abilities, adaptability, assertiveness, and teamwork orientation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Oversee marketing operations and develop and execute marketing strategies.
  2. Negotiate contracts with managed care organizations, government entities, and other payers to ensure optimal reimbursement.
  3. Establish systems for ongoing market evaluation and create a marketing plan aligned with agency objectives.
  4. Build and maintain productive relationships with existing and prospective referral sources and payers.
  5. Negotiate pricing with insurance case managers and other payers within acceptable industry standards.
  6. Collaborate with the management team in strategic planning efforts, identifying opportunities for service enhancement and better alignment with customer needs.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of the agency's market landscape, key referral sources, and competitive positioning.
  8. Develop and keep updated information on community resources, assisting clients and staff in accessing necessary services or information.
  9. Engage in the annual agency evaluation concerning marketing, program development, growth, and expectations.
  10. Prepare reports detailing marketing activities and their effectiveness.
  11. Work in tandem with clinical staff to ensure a consistent message is conveyed to clients and the community.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
