Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the National Manager of Talent Acquisition.

Role Purpose:

The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a pivotal role in aligning with the overarching company vision and devising long-term strategies to attract and retain exceptional talent. This individual will lead and motivate the recruitment team to excel in a KPI-driven environment. Responsibilities include developing innovative sourcing strategies and providing comprehensive recruitment support, acting as the primary liaison with business function leaders to fulfill hiring needs in accordance with the national talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business units to offer proactive and cooperative support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners.
  • Work alongside HR to achieve shared objectives and deliverables.
  • Oversee relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring contract continuity and monitoring agency expenditures.
  • Lead complex recruitment initiatives to provide a premier experience, coaching and inspiring the team.
  • Guide the Talent Acquisition team through high-volume recruitment efforts.
  • Contribute to projects and best practices within the broader Talent Acquisition team.
  • Support national talent acquisition strategic initiatives and efficiency projects.
  • Manage the executive-level interview process, including tailored guides and comprehensive support throughout hiring stages.
  • Monitor labor market trends and share insights with the team and management to develop solutions for talent acquisition challenges.
  • Plan, implement, and continuously assess LifeLabs' recruitment activities based on established goals and metrics.
  • Ensure all policies and reference materials are current and relevant.
  • Design customized recruitment strategies and enhance employer brand engagement for client groups.
  • Manage the internal recruitment system, including job postings, CV reviews, interviews, and recommendations.
  • Create proactive sourcing and pipeline strategies to support business needs.
  • Develop proposals for recruitment programs, budgets, and materials to attract talent.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education – University degree or College diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
  • 7+ years of extensive experience at a Senior Talent Advisor level in a complex environment.
  • Previous leadership experience in managing teams and programs.
  • Strong functional knowledge and experience in Talent Acquisition, including compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to build and lead programs while effectively consulting with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
  • Critical thinking, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage deadlines.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • Proven track record in leading complex recruitment projects and measuring program success.

Work Arrangement:

This is a hybrid role.
