About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team at Transco Freightways Ltd. As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods and materials within our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
  • Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.
  • Weigh materials and goods accurately.
  • Label and attach labels to goods.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Pack and unpack goods with care.
  • Sort, crate, and stack goods efficiently.
  • Store cargo and materials in a safe and organized manner.
  • Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels using computerized inventory control systems.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position working 30-40 hours per week in a fast-paced trucking company environment.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • English language proficiency required.
