Event Security Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Event Security Specialist to join our team at Securiguard. As a key member of our events security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of attendees, staff, and property at various events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor entrances and exits, checking tickets or credentials, and patrol the premises to deter any potential disruptions or unauthorized activities.
  • Respond to emergencies, such as medical incidents or disturbances, and implement appropriate protocols and coordinate with law enforcement or medical personnel as needed.
  • Assist with crowd control, providing directions or assistance to attendees, and report any suspicious behavior or incidents to supervisors.
  • Work collaboratively with other security personnel to maintain a safe and orderly environment for all event attendees.
Requirements:
  • Valid security worker license or ability to obtain.
  • Ability to stand/walk for an 8+ hour period.
  • Customer service experience is required.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
