Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Senior Wellness Consultant to contribute to our retail operations. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering an exceptional shopping experience. You will engage with customers, assess their needs, and recommend products that align with their health objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Certification as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist or equivalent.
  • Relevant health-related qualifications such as RHN or IHN.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in a health-focused retail environment.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong computer literacy.

Key Responsibilities:
As a wellness consultant, your primary focus will be on enhancing customer health journeys by assisting them in selecting suitable products. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending products that support their health and wellness.
  • Managing phone inquiries professionally.
  • Receiving and organizing product deliveries.
  • Processing customer transactions using the POS system.
