Security Operations Manager

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our security team at the 15/16 York Street location.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement coaching strategies to drive engagement and improve performance.
- Conduct regular meetings with Lead Hands to discuss progress and address concerns.
- Collaborate with the Manager to implement new technologies and processes to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Supervise the security team, including monitoring performance, providing feedback, and addressing sensitive situations.
- Maintain currency of knowledge in security systems, equipment, and techniques.
- Investigate incidents, provide feedback to tenants and staff, and recommend improvements.
- Mediate conflicts, provide evaluations, and make recommendations for staff development.
- Liaise with tenants to resolve issues and provide advice on security matters.
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level - C certification
- Covid-19 - Fully Vaccinated (Min 2 doses)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working in Security or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
