Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Harvesting: Efficiently harvest crops and pack fruits and vegetables for market distribution.
  • Field Maintenance: Clean fields by removing debris, stones, and weeds to promote healthy crop development.
  • Quality Control: Examine produce for quality and readiness, grading them according to market standards.
  • Fertilization: Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed to enhance crop yield.
  • Logistics: Load, unload, and transfer crates and supplies, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Health Monitoring: Detect and report any disease or health issues in crops and livestock.
Work Environment

This position requires working outdoors in various conditions, including wet, dusty, and damp environments. Room and board are provided, making it suitable for individuals looking for a stable work setting.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in agriculture is considered an asset.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi and Panjabi; Punjabi is advantageous.
Physical Requirements
