Job Title: Farm Worker

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Farm Worker to join our team at Golden Gate Mayfield Limited. As a Farm Worker, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to crop cultivation, harvesting, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply fertilizers to crops to promote healthy growth
  • Clean and maintain the work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
  • Clear fields of wood and stones to prepare them for planting
  • Grade vegetables and fruits according to size, shape, color, and volume
  • Mix and apply fertilizers to crops
  • Pack and load fruits and vegetables for transportation
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth
  • Weed and control pests to prevent damage to crops
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
  • Basic knowledge of crop cultivation and maintenance
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely
